Introducing our stunning Hoya from the lovely province of Kalteng Kalimanta in Indonesia. While it shares similarities with the Hoya callistophylla, this plant is not yet officially named and is therefore known as the Hoya sp. Kalteng Kalimantan.

We assure you that caring for this beautiful plant is a breeze. It does best when grown in a shaded area, as direct sunlight can cause its foliage to lighten in color. Although it is not too sensitive to low humidity, maintaining humidity levels of at least 70% will allow it to thrive even more.

You'll love how forgiving this Hoya is when it comes to drought. Just make sure to use a well-aerated soil and allow the soil to dry out in between waterings. And with its easy-care nature, you can sit back, relax and enjoy watching your new Hoya flourish!

Recreate a dense forest environment. Very little, if any, direct sunlight should hit the plant at any time of the day.

Low Humidity: Ideally Above 40%

This Hoya tolerates a drier environment. However, it could still benefit from light humidity care, including misting and grouping together with other houseplants. May require humidifier in cooler, drier months.

Intermediate: Lowest 60F

This hoya does not require high heat, but does not tolerate cold as well as other varieties.

Does Not Sunstress

This plant will not change color under bright light.
